15-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for defective products. To qualify:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: Must be captured from the moment you open the sealed package.
• Product Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging. Any usage or damage voids eligibility.

Request a Refund

If your product is defective, email Nostalgix64@gmail.com with:

• Order ID
• Unboxing video
• Brief description of the issue

Refund Process

Once your claim is verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your provider.

Damaged Products

If the console arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge. Conditions:

• Report within (24 hours).
• Damage must not be caused by mishandling.
• An unboxing video must clearly show the damage.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 12 hours of delivery at Nostalgix64@gmail.com. Claims after this window will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

Replacements are only processed after the original product is returned and inspected:

• We’ll confirm eligibility via email.
• We’ll arrange pickup and share a tracking link.
• After inspection, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Note: Please note that this refund and replacement policy is subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements that do not meet the specified criteria. If anything is missing or broken in the box we will need an unboxing video for that and that should be made in one hour of the package received if the unboxing video is missing then only replacement will happen for the missing/broken part. We only return the product if it is damaged or defective The shipping fee is not refundable and the return shipping cost is bearable by the customer.
