15 Days Return / Replacement Policy
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, physical damage during transit, or functionality issues, you may request a replacement or return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and included components.
- Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
- The product should not show signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused after delivery.
- Proof of purchase may be required for verification.
Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds We accept returns and provide full refunds only if the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon delivery. If you wish to return the product for any reason other than a damaged or defective product, an inconvenience fee of 25% to 30% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, Nostalgix offers a replacement or return solution after verification.

Missing Items
If any item or accessory is missing from the package, customers should retain the original packaging and provide an unboxing video as supporting evidence.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.
